Nutty- Buddy Yam Bake Recipe

Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon allspice

1/2 stick margarine

1 1/2 cups milk

topping:

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

3/4 cup pecans

1/2 stick margarine

Directions

Peel and boil potatoes until tender; drain

Add sugar, egg, spices, margarine and milk; beat until smooth.

Pour into buttered baking dish.

Topping:

Combine first 4 ingredients; spread over top of potato mixture.

Dot with margarine.

Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
