Five Minute Fudge

No beating this fudge is quick, easy, nutty and sweet
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 2/3 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 cups (4oz) miniture marshmellows shopping list
- 11/2 cups ( 1 1/2 6-oz. packages semi chocolate pieces shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.( start timming when the mixture starts to bubble around edges of the pan)
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla, and nuts.
- Stir vigorously for 1 minute (until marshmallows melt and blend)
- Pour into8- inch square buttered pan. Cool, Cut into squares
- Makes about 2 lbs
