Chocolate Biscuit Tea House Chicken And Rice Casserole

- One medium onion, chopped shopping list
- one stick of butter shopping list
- 4 or 5 chicken breasts, poached and cut into bite-size pieces shopping list
- 2 cups of rice, cooked shopping list
- two cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- two cans chicken and rice soup shopping list
- one small can of mushroom stems and pieces (optional) shopping list
- one cup sour cream shopping list
- one teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- one half teaspoon poultry seasoning shopping list
- dash of nutmeg shopping list
- three cups of grated sharp cheddar, divided shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the chopped onion in the stick of butter until soft;
- Mix all remaining ingredients with cooked onion and butter, including two cups of cheese, in a large bowl;
- Pour mixture into a greased 9X13 casserole;
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes;
- Sprinkle the top with remaining cup of cheese and bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
