An easy way to make easy yummy cheesy biscuits, in fact the only way this Southern gal has ever been able to make 'em.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbs parsley flakes
- 2 C. Bisquick
- 1/2 C. cold water
- 3/4 C.cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 C. butter or margarine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°
- Mix Bisquick, water and cheese.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. After baking, (while hot) brush on melted butter or margarine mixed with garlic powder and parsley flakes. Serve hot.

1/2 cup butter? That sounds like a surefire heart attack to me... ;-) I only used 2 tbsp. and that seemed sufficient for 12 biscuits.
