How to make it

  • Toss cabbage, corn, onions and peppers in a large bowl.
  • Blend the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, mustard and pepper.
  • Pour over cabbage mixture and toss.
  • Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
