This is a simple, light and delicious desert. Great after a heavy meal or during the hot summer.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Dash of Clove

Directions
  1. Mix the ricotta, lemon juice and sugar together until smooth
  2. Sprinkle clove over the dish
  3. Add some mint sprigs for decoration
  4. eat
