Red Hot Apples

I think this could be considered red hot mama's red hot apples....lol
Ingredients
- 8 apples shopping list
- 2cups sugar shopping list
- 2cups water shopping list
- 1/2 pk red hots candies shopping list
- cream cheese( 4 oz or more if you need it ......personal taste here folks) shopping list
- salad dressing shopping list
- chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and core 8 firm red apples
- mix together 2 cups sugar and 2 cups water,when hot stir in 1/2 pkg red hots candies stir until soft and dissolved.
- drop in apples and stir them until they become soft and a pretty color
- Set them aside to drain and chill
- then mix with a stuffing of soften cream cheese,chopped pecans,and enough salad dressing to moisten.
- serve on a lea\f of lettuce
