Mushrooms Supreme

- 1 pound sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 beef boullion cubes shopping list
- 1/2 c. hot water shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 2 T. flour shopping list
- 1/8 t. salt shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper to taste. shopping list
- 1/2 c. cream shopping list
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs shopping list
- 2/3 c. parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Saute mushrooms in 1 T. butter. Set aside.
- Dissolve 2 beef boullion cubes in 1/2 c. hot water. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and whisk in 2 T. flour, 1/8 t. salt, and pepper. Add 1/2 c. cream and boullion to flour & butter mixture. Cook until it thickens.
- Butter casserole dish and put in mushrooms; pour cream sauce over all.
- Blend bread crums and parmesan & then sprinkle over mushrooms. Baks at 350 for 30 minutes until browned and bubbly.
- Easily doubles or tripes.
