Pina Colada Punch

This is great for a celebration and or party.
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut cream (purchase in the liquor dept) shopping list
- 1 fifth light rum shopping list
- 1-1/2 large cans pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 liter soda water shopping list
- fresh pineapple, chunked small shopping list
- mint and canned pineapple for a ice ring if so desired shopping list
How to make it
- Blend coconut, rum and small amount of juice. In a punch bowl, mix with remaining ingredients. Add pineapple chunks. Serve VERY cold.
- An ice ring works well in keeping it cold. I freeze pineapple chunks and mint.
