Ingredients
  • 3 cups baking mix
  • 1 envelope instant mashed potato granules
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
  • 2 cups milk

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine baking mix, potato granules and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add raisins and caraway seeds then stir in milk until blended.
  4. Spoon into well greased pie pan then bake for 50 minutes.
