How to make it

  • MELT MARGAGRINE OVER MEDIUM -LOW HEAT.
  • ADD MINCED GREEN ONIONS AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
  • YOU JUST WANT TO SWEAT THE ONIONS TO SOFTEN THEM UP.;YOU’RE NOT LOOKING TO BROWN THEM.
  • REMOVE THE PAN FROM THE HEAT, AND WHISK IN ALL THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
  • PUT THE PAN BACK ON THE STOVE AND BRING TO A BOIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
  • REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL SAUCE HAS DRKENED AND THICKENS.
  • COVER SAUCE. THEN COOL AND CHILL UNTIL READY TO USE ……OR FIX YOUR WINGS AND POUR ON THEM TO COAT, OR USE ON ANY OTHER MEATS YOU LIKE ............
  • MAKES 2 CUPS

    This recipe was a surprise.

    Excellent Excellent taste. Omit extra vinegar or cayenne if you don't want as tangy or spicy. Hold adding water until end, as I wanted it to be more thick than thin.

    Definitely a winner !
