Salmon Love Boats Recipe

Ingredients

6 1/2 oz salmon, grilled or smoked (Hickory smoked tuna in the pakage works well with this too)

1 Tbs chopped onion

1 tsp chopped chives

1 hard cooked egg

2 California Avocados, halved and pitted.

lemon juice

Dill Sauce:

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 tsp dill weed

1/4 to tsp garlic salt

Directions

Combine salmon, onion, chives and chopped egg white.

Place avocado on individual lettuce covered plates. Squeeze lemon juice over each half to preserve color.

Fill with salmon mixture.

Top with Dill Sauce, garnish with sieved egg yolk.
