Abidjan Cabbage Salad

What a fantastic recipe and a great way to eat cabbage. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage shopping list
- 1 cup shredded carrot shopping list
- 1 cup pineapple chunks shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- juice of 1 orange shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place cabbage, carrots and pineapple into a large bowl.
- Mix dressing by whisking all ingredients together until creamy.
- Thoroughly blend dressing and vegetables then refrigerate or serve immediately.
