How to make it

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan; blend in milk.
  • Bring to a boil, stiring constantly; cook and stir 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir a small amount of hot mixture into egg yolk; stir egg yolk into got mixture; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Add butter, zest and lemon juice; stir until butter is melted.
  • Stir in food coloring.
  • Chill throughly.
  • Arrange layers of fruit in glass; spoon on lemon sauce.
  • Place ice cream on top of sauce.
  • Repeat layers ending in ice cream on top.
  • You can use. strawberries, grapes, kiwi. etc....
