How to make it

  • Place garlic and olives in food processor and blend until almost smooth.
  • Slowly stream in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, until the desired consistency is reached. It should be about the consistency of guacamole, thick enough to scoop.
  • Serve with crusty bread or crackers and enjoy!
