Ingredients
  • 14 oz gnocchetti sardi pasta
  • 3 1/2 oz Gruyere cheese
  • 3 1/2 oz Gorgonzola cheese
  • 3 1/2 oz Taleggio cheese
  • 5 1/2 oz Parmesan cheese
  • 5 oz single cream
  • 2 oz butter
  • 6 oz chopped tomatoes, drained
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Chop the Gruyere, Gorgonzola and Taleggio into small pieces. Grate half the Parmesan.
  2. Cook gnocchetti according to package directions and drain thoroughly.
  3. Melt the cheeses in a heavy-based sauce pan over low heat, stirring continuously.
  4. When cheese has melted add cream and ground pepper and make a creamy sauce.
  5. Add pasta to sauce and heat for two minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Turn off heat and add tomatoes. Stir and let sit for two minutes.
  7. Serve in a warmed serving bowl.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.

This is perfect for me as I would like to die from over-consumption of cheese. I'll probably triple the cheese amounts. I'm very naughty with cheese!! ;0)
