How to make it

  • Chop the Gruyere, Gorgonzola and Taleggio into small pieces. Grate half the Parmesan.
  • Cook gnocchetti according to package directions and drain thoroughly.
  • Melt the cheeses in a heavy-based sauce pan over low heat, stirring continuously.
  • When cheese has melted add cream and ground pepper and make a creamy sauce.
  • Add pasta to sauce and heat for two minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off heat and add tomatoes. Stir and let sit for two minutes.
  • Serve in a warmed serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
