Gnocchetti Sardi with Four Cheeses and Tomato

- 14 oz gnocchetti sardi pasta shopping list
- 3 1/2 oz gruyere cheese shopping list
- 3 1/2 oz gorgonzola cheese shopping list
- 3 1/2 oz Taleggio cheese shopping list
- 5 1/2 oz parmesan cheese shopping list
- 5 oz single cream shopping list
- 2 oz butter shopping list
- 6 oz chopped tomatoes, drained shopping list
- Freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Chop the Gruyere, Gorgonzola and Taleggio into small pieces. Grate half the Parmesan.
- Cook gnocchetti according to package directions and drain thoroughly.
- Melt the cheeses in a heavy-based sauce pan over low heat, stirring continuously.
- When cheese has melted add cream and ground pepper and make a creamy sauce.
- Add pasta to sauce and heat for two minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off heat and add tomatoes. Stir and let sit for two minutes.
- Serve in a warmed serving bowl.
- Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
