Java Blend Dry Rub

- 1/2c packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4c ancho chili powder shopping list
- 1/3c finrly ground expresso(not instant) shopping list
- 2Tbs garlic powder shopping list
- 1Tbs onion powder shopping list
- 1/2tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1Tbs coarse sea sal1Tbs black peppercorns shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ingredients in a spice mill or blender;grind to a coarse powder. Store in a clean,airtight container. Store in freezer for 3-4 months. Makes 11/2 cups.
