  • 1/2c packed brown sugar
  • 1/4c ancho chili powder
  • 1/3c finrly ground expresso(not instant)
  • 2Tbs garlic powder
  • 1Tbs onion powder
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1Tbs coarse sea sal1Tbs black peppercorns

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in a spice mill or blender;grind to a coarse powder. Store in a clean,airtight container. Store in freezer for 3-4 months. Makes 11/2 cups.
