Hot Buttered Crab

- 1 pound lump crabmeat, backfin, shell and cartilage removed shopping list
- 1 cup butter, do NOT substitute! shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry white wine shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet, melt butter over low heat, add seasonings and wine. Stir well.
- Add crabmeat and saute, turning gently to keep the lumps as whole as possible until crab is warm. Serve immediately.
