Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 46-ounce can pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint

Directions
  1. Combine sugar and water.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Let stand 15 minutes.
  6. Strain into lemonade pitcher.
  7. Discard mint.
  8. Serve over ice in frosty glasses with a straw.
