Ingredients
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Sift these five ingredients together.
  • Cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Add: 2 Large apples unpeeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • Bke 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/ cup Cream

Directions
  1. Heat slowly 10-15 minutes Add 1 1/2Tsp. Vannila and a dash of Nutmeg
