Butternut Squash Casserole

This is an incredible recipe. I got this from a bunko friend. She served this when she hosted a party, we had grilled chicken, this squash and salad and then a decadent mousse that was to die for. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 3 cups cooked butternut squash shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
- 1/3 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all casserole ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of top.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Chef: Will this work with other squash? Sounds good but butternut squash is not easy to find in my area.
