Sangkhaya Fak Thong Thai Pumpin Custard

- 1 small fresh pumpkin with skin or without skin shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup cream of coconut shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, light whisk the eggs, add the sugar, salt and cream of coconut and stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the pumpkin and steam (for approximately 20 minutes) until the custard is set and the pumpkin are cooked.
- When done, cut the pumpkin into 4 medium size slice and place on a serving plate and it ready to serve.
- Best serve hot.
