Ingredients
  • 1 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 3/4 lb crab meat
  • 3/4 lb shrimp, steamed
  • 3/4 lb scallops
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Crushed corn flakes for topping

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Saute mushrooms, onion, pepper and celery in butter until lightly browned. Add garlic. combine seafood, remaining seasonings, half the cheese, mayonnaise and bacon. Pour into casserole dish and top with crushed corn flakes and remaining cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Can be used as an appetizer - just put in rammekins for an individual serving
