Seafood Imperial Casserole

- 1 pound sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 medium onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1 garlic clove minced shopping list
- 3/4 lb crab meat shopping list
- 3/4 lb shrimp, steamed shopping list
- 3/4 lb scallops shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled shopping list
- Crushed corn flakes for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Saute mushrooms, onion, pepper and celery in butter until lightly browned. Add garlic. combine seafood, remaining seasonings, half the cheese, mayonnaise and bacon. Pour into casserole dish and top with crushed corn flakes and remaining cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
- Can be used as an appetizer - just put in rammekins for an individual serving
