This is a great appetizer or with your steak

Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms cleaned
- 1 tablepoon fresh marjoram chopped
- 1 teaspoon chives minced
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup chicken broth ( bouillon cubes)
- 1/2 cup white wine and (more to drink while making these)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ground pepper to taste
- parmesan cheese to top prior to baking
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- combine all ingredients top with cheese and bake uncovered for 20 minutes

I made this last night w/ smoked salmon. My husband and I ate it all! I used a little less butter and changed up the seasonings some, but my house smelled so good!!! I tried to take a picture, but my old 3 pixel camera finally died (I may bury it in the backyard), but tomorrow I am buying an 8 pixel, so maybe my food pics will turn out better! I can't wait to buy more mushrooms to have this simple and elegant dish again!!
