Ingredients
  • ½ dozen English muffins
  • ½ cup Cheese Whiz
  • 1 tbsp. Mayo
  • 1 tin crab meat
  • garlic salt to taste
  • dash of ground pepper

Directions
  1. Mix together crab meat, cheese, mayo, garlic and pepper. Butter the muffins. Spread the crab mixture on. The muffins. If you wish to freeze them, this is the time to do so. Otherwise, cut up each muffin half into 4 wedges. Cook at 375 F until muffins are toasted and cheese is slightly bubbly. Makes 48 appetizers.
