so easy and chilled makes a great side.

Ingredients
- 1 large box of apricot jello
- 2 cup boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 cups small marshmallows
- 1 number 2 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup pineaplle juice
- 2 bananas,mashed
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 heaping tbs flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 oz of cream cheese
- 2 tbs,butter
Directions
- Mix the jello with the water as pkg directs
- then mix with the above ingredients,except the juice of the pineapple
- which you will use in your topping
- Chill until firm
- make the topping and spread on the jello after its firm.
- Cook the topping ingredients in a double boiler until thick
- then beat in 3 oz of softened cream cheese
