Apricot Salad

so easy and chilled makes a great side.
Ingredients
- 1 large box of apricot jello shopping list
- 2 cup boiling water shopping list
- 2 cups cold water shopping list
- 2 cups small marshmallows shopping list
- 1 number 2 can crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1/2 cup pineaplle juice shopping list
- 2 bananas,mashed shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 heaping tbs flour shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 3 oz of cream cheese shopping list
- 2 tbs,butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the jello with the water as pkg directs
- then mix with the above ingredients,except the juice of the pineapple
- which you will use in your topping
- Chill until firm
- make the topping and spread on the jello after its firm.
- Cook the topping ingredients in a double boiler until thick
- then beat in 3 oz of softened cream cheese
