How to make it

  • In small saucepan,heat cream over med, heat till almost boiling;then add sugar and stir to combine.
  • Meanwhile,place the chocolate in a med. bowl. Remove the cream from heat and pour over the chocolate. Whisk vigorouslt until melted and well combined. Add the bourbon,vanilla,and salt,stirring constantly until mixture is cool to the touch
  • If chocolate does not melt all the way,place mixture in double boiler and gently heat till melted
  • This will keep,tightly covered,in the refrigerator for up to a week.
