Chocolate Ganache Recipe
Great little chocolate genache sauce kicked up with a little bourbon or sweet liquor.

Ingredients
  • 1/3c heavy cream
  • 2Tbs superfine sugar
  • 6oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 1Tbs bourbon or sweet liquor(Kahlua,Grand Marnier,creme de mente etc.)
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch,sea salt

Directions
  1. In small saucepan,heat cream over med, heat till almost boiling;then add sugar and stir to combine.
  2. Meanwhile,place the chocolate in a med. bowl. Remove the cream from heat and pour over the chocolate. Whisk vigorouslt until melted and well combined. Add the bourbon,vanilla,and salt,stirring constantly until mixture is cool to the touch
  3. If chocolate does not melt all the way,place mixture in double boiler and gently heat till melted
  4. This will keep,tightly covered,in the refrigerator for up to a week.
