Chocolate Ganache

- 1/3c heavy cream shopping list
- 2Tbs superfine sugar shopping list
- 6oz. bittersweet chocolate shopping list
- 1Tbs bourbon or sweet liquor(Kahlua,Grand Marnier,creme de mente etc.) shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- pinch,sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- In small saucepan,heat cream over med, heat till almost boiling;then add sugar and stir to combine.
- Meanwhile,place the chocolate in a med. bowl. Remove the cream from heat and pour over the chocolate. Whisk vigorouslt until melted and well combined. Add the bourbon,vanilla,and salt,stirring constantly until mixture is cool to the touch
- If chocolate does not melt all the way,place mixture in double boiler and gently heat till melted
- This will keep,tightly covered,in the refrigerator for up to a week.
