Streusel-Topped Peach Pie

- 1 pkg. (15-oz.) all-ready pie crust or 1 9-in. frozen pie crust, thawed shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 4 cups sliced peeled peaches or 2 (29-oz.) cans peach slices,well drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one-crust pie using 9-inch pie pan. (Refrigerate remaining crust for a later use.)
- In a large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon into pastry-lined pan.
- In a medium bowl, blend all topping ingredients together with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over filling.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
- I cover the edge of crust with strips of foil after about 15-20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning
