Zoo Keeny Granola Cookies

Cant get your kids to get their veggies? Try these cookies. The name was changed to protect the innocent....
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- Grated peel of 1 orange shopping list
- 3 cups grated unpeeled zucchini shopping list
- 3 to 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teapoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 cups granola cereal shopping list
- 1 cup butterscotch chips or chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar in large bowl; add egg, vanilla, orange peel and zucchini.
- Stir in flour, soda and salt.
- Add granola; mix well.
- Stir in chips ( dough will be sticky)
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
