Sopapilla Cheesecake

This is one of those dishes that people request every time there's a family or work gathering. I never admit how easy it is.
Ingredients
- 2, 8 oz bricks of cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
- extra sugar shopping list
- non-stick spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325
- Cream the cream cheese, cup of sugar, egg, and vanilla together in a mixing bowl.
- Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray
- Spread one tube of crescent rolls on bottom of pan
- Layer cream cheese mixture on top
- Cover with the remaining tube of crescent rolls
- Melt a stick of butter and drizzle over top along with extra sugar and cinnamon
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and sexy
- Serve warm or cold
