Sopapilla Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

2, 8 oz bricks of cream cheese, softened

1 egg

1 cup granulated sugar

1 Tbsp vanilla

2 tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls

1 stick of butter

cinnamon

extra sugar

non-stick spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 325

Cream the cream cheese, cup of sugar, egg, and vanilla together in a mixing bowl.

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray

Spread one tube of crescent rolls on bottom of pan

Layer cream cheese mixture on top

Cover with the remaining tube of crescent rolls

Melt a stick of butter and drizzle over top along with extra sugar and cinnamon

Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and sexy

Serve warm or cold
