Ingredients

1 tortilla

1 egg, scrammbled

1/4 cup shredded taco cheese

1 Tbs chopped onion

1 strips of bacon cooked the way you like it.

1 tsp italian bread crumbs

Directions

Place tortilla on a plate

combine onion, bread crumbs, and cheese and spread over tortilla

scramble egg, and put on top of cheese mixture

fry bacon, break up into small chunks and top eggs.

Roll up and enjoy.
