Erins Breakfast Burrito

My eldest came home from work with 250 "fresh pressed" tortillas ... left over from Taste of Portage. What to do with 250 tortillas? Erin made a breakfast burrito......
Ingredients
- 1 tortilla shopping list
- 1 egg, scrammbled shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded taco cheese shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped onion shopping list
- 1 strips of bacon cooked the way you like it. shopping list
- 1 tsp Italian bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Place tortilla on a plate
- combine onion, bread crumbs, and cheese and spread over tortilla
- scramble egg, and put on top of cheese mixture
- fry bacon, break up into small chunks and top eggs.
- Roll up and enjoy.
