Chocolate Lovers Fantasy Fudgy Fantastic

Chocolate lover's fantasy. That says it all. :)
Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup cocoa shopping list
- 8 large eggs shopping list
- 2 cups butter, melted shopping list
- 4 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, whisk sugar, flour and cocoa until well mixed
- With an electric mixer, beat eggs in large mixing bowl
- Add dry ingredients, butter and vanilla
- Mix well
- Stir in pecans and pour into a 3-quart Pyrex dish
- Place in water bath and bake on oven rack at lowest level for 1 hour and 20 minutes
- DO NOT OVERBAKE
- Remove from water bath and cool completely on wire rack
- The top will be crusty as it cools
- Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
