How to make it

  • In top of double boiler over hot water, melt butter and chocolate
  • Gradually add sugar and *half* the milk alternately
  • Stir well after each addition
  • Add remaining milk, stirrring constantly
  • Cook until mixture is thick and sugar is dissolved
  • May store in glass jar in the refrigerator
