How to make it

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter with the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until golden, about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine; reduce heat to low and cook until thickened, about 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Can be used as a marinade, dipping sauce or brushed on the meat while cooking.
