How to make it

  • Crush waffers and add butter. Mix well.
  • Press into 10 inch spring form pan.
  • Cover with half of the ice cream (softened).
  • Put in freezer for a short time till it hardens a bit. (easier to spread)
  • Top with half of the fudge sauce and half of the cookie crumbs.
  • Put on another layer of ice cream and fudge sauce.
  • Top with the remaining cookie crumbs.
  • Store in the freezer approximately 10 hours.
  • Optional: May be topped with whipped cream & slivered almonds.
