Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick® baking mix

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

2 teaspoons lemon zest

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 eggs

juice of 1 lemon

pancake syrup

Directions

Beat ingredients with wire whisk until well blended. Make pancakes as usual.

For syrup: Squeeze juice from one lemon and add to usual pancake syrup, stirring well. Perfect lemony syrup!
