If you like lemon poppyseed muffins, you're gonna LOVE these! Be sure to make the lemon syrup to go with the pancakes. Makes them extra yummy.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pancake syrup

Directions
  1. Beat ingredients with wire whisk until well blended. Make pancakes as usual.
  2. For syrup: Squeeze juice from one lemon and add to usual pancake syrup, stirring well. Perfect lemony syrup!
