A slight twist on the usual hambuger. I have made this burger several times and sometimes it has a little trouble sticking together. I think it has something to do with the way the beef is ground at the store.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbs. beef broth
- 1 C. shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 C, chopped onion
Directions
- Mix all together shape into patties.
- Cook in skillet on low heat so the hash browns will have time to cook.
