A slight twist on the usual hambuger. I have made this burger several times and sometimes it has a little trouble sticking together. I think it has something to do with the way the beef is ground at the store.

- 2 Tbs. beef broth
- 1 C. shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 C, chopped onion

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef shopping list
2 Tbs. beef broth shopping list
1 C. shredded hash brown potatoes shopping list
1/4 C, chopped onion shopping list

How to make it

Mix all together shape into patties.
Cook in skillet on low heat so the hash browns will have time to cook.

My father used to make an awesome meatloaf using hash browns, lost the recipe, but this just might be like it. Good post.
