  • Mix all ingredients together un till well blended Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell Bake 30 minute at 375 Degrees

    Hm, have to bookmark this one, I love oatmeal cookies and oatmeal ice cream (from cold stone) I can just imagine oatmeal pie! Mmm

    Wow, this is really different. My brother has been bringing a new kind of pie to try each Thanksgiving for the last four years or so...something unusual. I think I'll make and take this to add to the fun!
