How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well and form into balls of dough (roughly 2-3 tbsps large).
  • Either between two pieces of wax paper or a between a silpat and wax paper flatten the dough balls until they're very thin and place them on a cookie sheet
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until they're golden brown.

    I've seen this recipe in a couple old cookbooks, but never tried it. Sounds great, will make a nice snack for the weekend.
