Ingredients

Batter :

100 g flour and salt , sifted

1 tsp cinnamon

6 oz warm water

2 tbsp olive oil

2 egg whites , whisked until peaks form

2 apples , chunked

Decorate :

Cinnamon pwd

Caster sugar

.....................................

Sauce ( optional ) :

100 ml yogurt and 3 tsp golden syrup , mixed

Directions

Dip the apples in batter and fry in batches until golden and puffy .

Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar .

Serve with the sauce ( optional ) .
