Ingredients
- Batter : shopping list
- 100 g flour and salt , sifted shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 6 oz warm water shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 egg whites , whisked until peaks form shopping list

- 2 apples , chunked shopping list

- Decorate : shopping list
- cinnamon pwd shopping list
- caster sugar shopping list
- ..................................... shopping list
- Sauce ( optional ) : shopping list
- 100 ml yogurt and 3 tsp golden syrup , mixed shopping list
How to make it
- Dip the apples in batter and fry in batches until golden and puffy .
- Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar .
- Serve with the sauce ( optional ) .
