  • SPRAY CROCK POT WELL WITH NON-STICK SPRAY
  • THROW HALF OF THE ONIONS IN CROCK POT
  • LAYER RIBS AND SPRINKLE WITH DESIRED AMOUNTS OF SEASONINGS (PLUS ANY OTHERS YOU MIGHT LIKE TO ADD)
  • REPEAT LAYERS AND SEASON AGAIN.
  • ADD BEER.
  • COOK ON LOWEST TEMP FOR 5 HOURS. MY CROCK POT IS DIGITAL, I DON'T KNOW THE TEMP, BUT IT HAS 4 OR 6 HOURS ON THE TIMER. I SET IT FOR 6, BUT STOP THEM AT 5 (IF I CAN). 6 HOURS PROBABLY WON'T HURT, JUST START TO FALL APART AT THIS POINT.
  • REMOVE CAREFULLY FROM CROCK POT AND TRANSFER TO A MEDIUM HEAT GRILL.
  • BBQ IMMEDIATELY TO YOUR DESIRED DONESS AND SERVE!
