Ricotta Balls

This cookies my family makes at Christmas are delicious any time of the year! My Italian aunt came up with this recipe and it's been a family favorite ever since.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix wet ingredients
- Then add dry ingredients
- Add flour last, by hand
- Use a cookie dough scoop
- Drop onto a greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 375 approx. 10 minutes until very light golden brown
- Let cool
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
- Makes 3 dozen
