Nanas Apple Cheddar Crumble

- 6 cups apples, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Fill pie plate or shallow casserole dish with apples. Sprinkle with lemon juice and 1/4 cup of sugar. Mix remaining sugar, cinnamon, salt, flour and butter until crumbly and then stir in cheese. Spread over apples and press topping into apples slightly. Bake at 350 until apples are tender and bubbly.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
