Inebriated Grilled Steak

What time is it Kids?!! That’s right it’s Howdy Doody er … BBQ time again, Hope you enjoy this one it is supper easy and will work well with chicken or pork.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds steak shopping list
- 1 teaspoon. sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup bourbon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, crushed shopping list
- 1 cup Apple wood chips shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients (except chips) together, place in ziplock bag and marinate steak 4 hours or over night. Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes, and add to hot coals just before grilling. Grill steak to desired doneness.
