Ingredients
  • 4 large oranges
  • 1 131/4 oz can pineapple tidbits
  • 2 tablespoonsorange flavored liqueur or white rum or orange juice
  • 4 med bananas
  • 4 tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 1 11/2 oz can flaked coconut
  • 6 maraschin0 cherries

Directions
  1. Pell oranges,removing the white membrane at the same time
  2. cut oranges crosswise into 1/8 slices
  3. Drain pineaplle,reserving syrup
  4. combine the syrup and ytour choice of white rum,Orange Liqueur or orange juice and set aside
  5. peel bananas and cut diagonally into 1/8 ins slices
  6. Combine all Ingredients in a glass bowl,except the coconutflakes and cherries
  7. refrigerate until well chilled.
  8. serve in individual dishes with coconut flakesand a cherry placed on each serving
