Rhubarb Cake

- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 8 oz rhubarb cut into 1 inch cubes shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 1/4 brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- butter and flour a 20 cm square pan
- sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
- beat egg, yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla together.
- whisk in the flour mixture until just blended [DONT OVERMIX]
- fold in rhubarb
- spread batter into cake pan
- in a bowl combine the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. work in the butter with your fingers until crumbly; sprinkle over cake.
- bake for 45-50 minutes.
