I got this out of my Brother-in-laws old Lebanese cookbook. It is yummy! Great dip for chicken or other meats, veggies, or pita bread.

The infusing of fresh herbs (I'm thinking Rosemary, Basil, Sage) to this dipping sauce would be really tasty too! I'm a fan!

We keep this in a jar in the fridge and use it almost whenever a recipe calls for garlic of any sort. Makes the best and easiest fresh garlic bread: just lightly grill a slice of buttered sourdough bread and then spread the garlic on... oh yum!

When i tasted this i almost threw up
but thats probably because i used a whole bulb instead of four cloves. WATCH OUT! they can be sneaky with that kind of stuff :p
