Buttery Applesauce Muffins

This is an incredible buttery appley muffin great at breakfast, brunch lunch or dinner. I love these things and don't make them near as often as I should. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon allspice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecans shopping list
- 1/2 cups applesauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine butter, sugar, egg and vanilla then mix well.
- Add dry ingredients, raisins, pecans and applesauce.
- Pour into greased muffin tins filling cups 2/3 full.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
