How to make it

  • Saute the shrimp and scallops in the butter over medium heat just until the shrimp turns pink, about 1 minute.
  • Add half 'n half and bring mixture to a boil.
  • Stir in cooked fettuccine, parsley and cheese.
  • Serve with additional Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serves 2 generously.
  • I sometimes add a small can of crabmeat to this dish.
