Donzantis Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe
A variation on everyone's favorite

Ingredients
  • 6 large shrimp,cleaned
  • 6 scallops
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup half 'n half
  • 6 oz. cooked fettuccine
  • 1 TB. fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Saute the shrimp and scallops in the butter over medium heat just until the shrimp turns pink, about 1 minute.
  2. Add half 'n half and bring mixture to a boil.
  3. Stir in cooked fettuccine, parsley and cheese.
  4. Serve with additional Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Serves 2 generously.
  6. I sometimes add a small can of crabmeat to this dish.
