How to make it
- Saute the shrimp and scallops in the butter over medium heat just until the shrimp turns pink, about 1 minute.
- Add half 'n half and bring mixture to a boil.
- Stir in cooked fettuccine, parsley and cheese.
- Serve with additional Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serves 2 generously.
- I sometimes add a small can of crabmeat to this dish.
