Ingredients

How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine cookie crumbs with butter or maragarine in medium bowl.
  • Press evenly in bottom of 9 inch tort or pie plate.
  • If necessary, use wooden spoon to press crust inot place.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
  • Filling:
  • Melt caramels on stove or in microwave,stirring frequently. Stir in cream and remove from heat
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Spread evenly in prepared crust
  • Refrigerate at least 10 minutes.
  • Topping:
  • Melt chocolate chips on stove or in microwave. Stir in cream and drizzle over filling. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 12 servings.
